Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 2 hours in advance of your session. 

Cancellation Policy/No Shows:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Those who do not show up for their appointment or cancel/reschedule with the 24-hour notice will be charged in full for the session. (Payments for late cancellations are charged on credit or debit card on file).

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

Sexual Misconduct:

 I operate at a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment in the workplace. All incidents will be treated seriously. Any sexually suggestive marks or unwanted touching will result in immediate termination of the session.

*This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file to reserve and guarantee your appointment. *

Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
